found gun at the prison
Im new to this, so I'll start off my first question pretty easy. What ever happend with the found / lost gun at the prison in manistee at the Oaks? First it was lost, then it was found, and yet NO -ONE is fired or lost there job over this, and nothing further in the paper, sshhhhhhh hush hush, lets throw another one under the rug.

Just because there wasn't anything in the newspaper about any news story don't jump to the conclusion that there's a cover up. For a newspaper to report something, someone has to talk. We can't just go making things up. And when people talk about an issue like this, they often get fired. So if you know something - and are willing to talk about it - call us.

Why doesnt the newspaper do what they did a long time ago and go after the news instead of waiting for it to come to them. why dont they go for the freedom of information act and get some news and print it.
